How to Submit a Warranty Claim:
- Review the warranty coverage below to confirm your item is eligible.
- Submit a warranty request including:
- Proof of purchase (order number from Spigen.ae)
- Description of the issue
- Clear photo or video showing the defect
In some cases, we may request the product be returned for inspection. Do not dispose of the item until the warranty process is completed, as doing so may void your warranty.
Warranty Coverage:
- Limited Warranty: Most Spigen products purchased from Spigen.ae are covered for 2 years from the date of purchase.
- Covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
- Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- Replacement products continue coverage for the remainder of the original warranty period.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear from everyday use
- Accidental damage, drops, or impacts
- Improper installation or handling
- Misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Unauthorized repair, modification, or alteration
- Damage from fire, liquids, or other external forces
- Products that are not genuine Spigen products
- Purchases from unauthorized third-party sellers
- Clearance, final sale, or promotional items
Enzo Leather Case Collection – Lifetime Limited Warranty:
- Covers manufacturing defects under normal consumer use.
- Does not cover natural leather aging, water damage, misuse, or commercial use.
- Each Enzo Leather Case includes a unique identification code—retain for verification.
- Warranty claims may require photos and defect details.
Maintenance Recommendation:
- Regular inspection and cleaning
- Ensure components are secure
- Avoid rough handling
Limitation of Liability:
- Spigen products are provided “as-is” and “as-available.”
- Not responsible for damage to devices, loss of data, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Total liability does not exceed the purchase price paid.
