Return & Replacement Policy

All items purchased on Spigen.ae can be returned for a refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following:

Eligibility:

• Must include a valid original purchase order number.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all contents intact.
• Promotional gift items, clearance, and warehouse sale items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or warranty.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected, and you will be notified of the approval status.
• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your card issuer.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
• If a return is made due to ordering the wrong item or providing incorrect information, the customer will bear the cost of return shipping.
