Shipping & Delivery Policy
Domestic Shipping (UAE)
- Orders are processed within 1 working day.
- No shipping or delivery on public holidays.
- Free shipping for orders of AED 59 or above; charges for lower amounts are shown at checkout.
- Delivery is usually next working day within city limits, and may take 3–5 working days for remote locations, provided a correct delivery address is supplied and someone is available to receive the order.

- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Customer unavailability or unreachable contact details
are outside our control. Spigen.ae cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries in such cases. Delivery timelines are estimates only.
Order Tracking:
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking number(s) once your order ships.
Taxes & Duties:
- All UAE orders are inclusive of VAT.
Damages
- All orders are carefully inspected and securely packed before shipment to ensure they leave our warehouse in perfect condition.
- If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately.
- Keep all original packaging and damaged items, as they may be required for filing a claim with the courier or for our records.
- Please note that Spigen.ae cannot be held responsible for damages occurring during shipping, as items are confirmed in good condition before dispatch.
International Shipping:
- Currently, we do not ship outside the UAE.
